Steak and Eggs
Nothing like leftover prime cuts of steak from last night's fancy dinner for breakfast. I devoured my food....within seconds. Because. It was good. Real good. I am a big believer in making the most of leftovers. There are so many ways to recreate things already in your fridge.
My favorite part about having steak dinners for occasions, dates, birthdays - there will surely be enough for breakfast the next day. With a fried egg. Or two. I pan sear the steak pieces first, then directly crack the eggs over so they can sizzle on that steak fat goodness. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh herbs and you have a $20 brunch meal at home, from food you already have. Drink with a Bloody Mary, preferably.
