Hey. I made a salad. Who am I? Not sure why salads are just not my thing, but I recently tried to maybe like them just a little. I love all the good healthy food, but can't seem to get excited about salads. Maybe I should start using this dressing that I made. Because. SO. GOOD. and SO. SIMPLE.
Simple Maple-Balsamic-Dijon Dressing
I rarely measure when I cook, unless I am baking. So please adjust all measurements to your preference.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. You can also combine in a blender.
1/2 cup good olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup grainy dijon mustard
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
